Downing-Frye Company Training

Wow! It was standing room only yesterday in our office for the Downing-Frye company web site training class! I hope everyone walked away with some great information on how to best use the new tools that are available to agents and their clients on the new Real Estate Web Site DowningFrye.com

We went through the features of the front end and back end that agents can use to enhance their offering to their listing clients and buying prospects. We discussed how to sign prospects up for Automatic Property Email Updates, how to enter Open Houses, and how to manage listings. We also covered how the syndication of Downing-Frye's listings to a number of major databases including Trulia, Zillow, Googlebase, HotPads, REFSN, and several others will really benefit their listing clients by promoting and marketing their property to the broadest base of potential buyers.

We also chatted about how great the web site's IDX system is and how we have integrated it into the community profiles, display properties on Google maps, and how the company's listings will be promoted first in any search result!
